work better for everyone.Job DescriptionSummary The Vice President
of Conversational AI is responsible for bringing together the
vision, architecture, and execution of Conversational AI
initiatives. The VP of AI will oversee a team of engineers and work
closely with a team of Product Managers, UX Designers and Quality
Engineering to deliver innovative and high-value AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of AI capabilities and solutions on the
Conversational Platform.
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation
through launch, ensuring the development of high-impact and
scalable AI solutions.
- Establish right architectural patterns to build scalable
frameworks for enterprise customers.
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI team fostering a culture
of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive the development and deployment of AI features.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, scalability, and security of
the AI solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the AI
solutions and identify and implement opportunities for improvement
and optimization.
- Thought leader for AI Initiatives on the Conversational
Platform.
- Provide executive leadership to support our customers in
leveraging GenAI features to achieve their business goals.
QualificationsQualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or
12+ years with a Master's or PhD or equivalent work
experience.
- Proven track record of delivering and commercializing AI
products, from development to market.
- Extensive background in science and engineering with deep
expertise in AI/ML technologies.
- Hands-on technical skills and practical experience to drive AI
projects effectively.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering and machine

in this location, we offer a base pay of $274,100 - $465,900, plus
equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and
benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target
Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that
the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications,
skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health
plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with
company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan
and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic
location in which the role is located and is subject to change
