Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of CX Operations to oversee
the operational foundation of the Customer Experience function.
Key Responsibilities
Design and refine scalable processes and workflows to enhance
efficiency across the Customer Experience function
Oversee resource allocation and capacity forecasting to meet
project demands and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop frameworks for measuring CX quality and performance,
including customer health scores and metrics
Required Qualifications
SaaS industry experience, particularly in operations or customer
experience
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Proven project management experience with complex, multi-phase
projects
Significant Salesforce experience, especially with reporting;
familiarity with Asana and Harvest is a plus
Proficient in Google Suite and Mac OS
