  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) consistency is key!
  • Patient Volume: 14 Scheduled patients per day - helping our community return to normalcy.
  • Deliver High-Quality Care Provide exceptional physical therapy services with minimal supervision.
  • Create & Implement Treatment Plans Craft personalized rehab strategies to get patients back to their best selves.
  • Lead & Inspire Supervise and mentor PTAs and aides to ensure outstanding patient care.
  • Stay Compliant & Up-to-Date Maintain OSHA, Medicare, and state regulations like a pro!
  • Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with physicians, caregivers, and rehab teams to drive success.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve Keep your skills sharp and relevant with ongoing training and professional development.What Were Looking For:
    • Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or eligibility to obtain).
    • Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy program.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • CPR/BLS Certification (required).
