If you love games and are passionate about working in a high-energy, no-BS, positive environment that cultivates ownership and independence and provides opportunities for wonderful career growth, Junglee Games is the organization to join.Responsibilities--- Work on a 24/7 working window basis as per the assigned roster.--- Achieve TAT of performing activities as per agreed SLAs to mitigate risk efficiently.--- Investigate suspicious activities/play and behaviors that could pose a risk to our company.--- Proactively detect and prevent fraud and activities like multiple IDs, money laundering, and collusion that violate our Terms of Service.--- Ensure that processes, procedures, and communication with players are within applicable norms and in line with the overall risk management strategy.--- Analyze the behavior of new and old users to identify patterns that may help in early detection of risk.--- Maintain a fair playing environment by ensuring proper implementation and execution of all risk management systems and processes.--- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.Qualitative Skills--- Seeks clarity and completes tasks as per the defined guidelines.--- Adheres to timelines without compromising on quality.--- Learns to experiment with different ways of problem-solving.--- Applies knowledge and skills to a given work area aligned to stakeholders' expectations.--- Keen learner, adaptable, and strong, independent contributor.--- Aligns to the short-term priorities for self and understands how it contributes to the team's goals and outcomes.--- Ability to understand the impact on key business metrics.--- Collates relevant business information for decision-making.--- Executes and follows short-term objectives of the team.--- Takes measurable steps to improve productivity by providing constructive feedback.--- Seeks supervision/help for regular tasks and solving issues.Requirements--- Graduate/MBA with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.--- Willingness to work any shift since the role is for our 24X7 service.--- Good knowledge of the online gaming industry.--- Ability to investigate and understand risk factors; ideally experienced in playing card games.--- Excellent written and spoken English skills.--- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.--- Team player with a can-do attitude.
